Allianz Health faced this exact challenge. They were committed to sustainability but needed to make it a core part of their brand. The organisation was already driving sustainability initiatives in a highly regulated industry, but there was no cohesive strategy to integrate these efforts into their brand. The company feared public scepticism around greenwashing and needed to turn internal passion and energy into a clear, actionable strategy that could communicate their commitment both internally and externally.
What We Did
We held ideation workshops with Allianz Health's senior team to capture current sustainability initiatives and generate new ideas. We used AI to rapidly ideate, categorise and prioritise these ideas. For the first time, Allianz Health had a comprehensive database of ordered and prioritised opportunities. We used this database to develop a new sustainability brand positioning, seamlessly integrating their sustainability efforts with their existing messaging.
