Rodrigo builds lasting relationships with our clients, and develops and delivers global capability programmes around Marketing, Leadership and Behaviour Change. Rodrigo has spent 20 years in marketing roles at Shell Brazil, Nestle USA and Kimberly-Clark Europe, and another 10 years as a capability director at Brand Learning (part of Accenture). His most recent experience was immersing himself in the world of behaviour science, working as a behaviour change director at Mind Gym.

In his downtime, Rodrigo loves sailing, drinking wine and trying his luck as an amateur stand up comedian.
