Rachael leads our operations and production teams to ensure that we create brilliant client experiences. She is an expert in delivering large-scale digital content and customer experience projects on time and on budget. Prior to joining us, she was the production director at Cogapp, overseeing global user experience, website and digital programmes.

In her spare time, Rachael does long-distance renovation and is learning Bulgarian.
