Ed leads our Insights team, responsible for data analysis, research and optimisation at Brilliant Noise. He specialises in conversion rate optimisation and UX strategy. He works with global brands like EDF Energy and Barilla to improve performance through better understanding of their customers. He is fully immersed in the digital world; his previous work involved managing mobile apps and other digital products.
In his spare time he plays the trombone in several jazz and funk bands and he has a regular pub quiz team.
