Antony leads our vision, values and strategy. He focuses on attracting great talent and developing our people and culture. Antony is a frequent speaker at conferences on digital strategy, marketing and business and is the author of the best-selling book on how to manage personal reputation online, Me and My Web Shadow. Prior to co-founding Brilliant Noise, Antony founded the content and social media teams – among the first in the industry – at iCrossing. He was also a journalist and worked in corporate communications, most recently as a director in the Bell Pottinger Group.

Away from Brilliant Noise, Antony can be found running with an array of wearable devices or walking on the South Downs with his wife, son, daughter and dog, Basil.

Maddy leads our commercial growth and our sales and marketing teams. She’s responsible for our position in the market, the experience of potential clients, and for growing our relationships with current clients. Formerly, Maddy was chief client officer at iCrossing UK, overseeing the development of its UK and international client base. She has an MBA from the University of Sussex, which focused on the agency M&A landscape. Maddy is a frequent speaker and panellist at industry events.

Outside of work, Maddy is a qualified yoga teacher and occasionally can be found in our sunny Brighton office providing lessons for the Brilliant Noise team.

Jason leads our service areas, driving fast and lasting change for our clients. He steers our research and design practice, oversees the services we take to market and the strategic programmes we deliver to clients. He makes sure we are increasing productivity through innovation and by managing knowledge and developing our tools, models and products. Previously, Jason led the strategy, insight and planning teams at iCrossing UK.

When not at work Jason enjoys cycling and red wine – not always at the same time.

Richard leads our client experiences, loyalty and growth by managing projects for global brands like Universal and adidas. He builds lasting relationships with our clients and delivers the strategies they need to improve their business performance. Before joining us, Richard worked as client services director for iCrossing UK, leading the account management team.

In his downtime, Richard is a keen runner and watches more movies than everyone else in the office combined.

Rachael leads our production team to ensure that we create brilliant client experiences. She is an expert in delivering large-scale digital branding, content and customer experience projects on time and on budget. Prior to joining us, she was the production director at Cogapp, overseeing global user experience, design and branding projects.

In her spare time, Rachael does long-distance renovation and belly dances.

Arjo advises our board, supports the whole team and guides the leadership of Brilliant Noise. He’s been working in disruptive digital technology since 2001 and was an early pioneer in search and digital marketing, founding the firm Spannerworks, which later became part of iCrossing.

Away from Brilliant Noise, Arjo is Vice-Chair of the University of Sussex and board advisor at Will Taylor Ltd accountants. He is also an enthusiastic but luckless motor racer.

​Lucy builds lasting, trusting relationships with our clients. She’s the first point of contact for potential clients, and gets to know the organisations we work with inside-out. The detailed understanding of their needs she develops lays the foundations for successful, long-term partnerships. Before joining Brilliant Noise, Lucy lived in France, where she consulted on a series of acquisition projects for media and telecoms companies. Previously she was the head of digital media at Red Bee Media.

Lucy speaks French and Spanish – fluently after a glass of red wine – and is a qualified reflexologist.

Belinda helps organisations to change behaviours and develop the skills required to thrive in the digital age. She helps to build culture programmes that drive positive change for our clients and their customers. Prior to joining Brilliant Noise, Belinda had her own consultancy, and has worked with a range of clients including Barclays, Cisco, FirstGroup and the Foreign & Commonwealth Office.

Outside of work she loves hanging out in campervans, boats and kayaks.

Tim builds brilliant, lasting partnerships with our clients. He understands our clients’ needs and finds the best way to create digital programmes that surpass their expectations. He’s a trusted business advisor to clients like EDF Energy and Tata Communications and has
a passion for customer-first marketing. Tim joined us from Isobar (formerly Glue London), where he was head of account management. Prior to that he worked in account roles at Agency.com and McCann Erikson.

In his spare time, Tim pretends to play football and studies military strategy.

Sarah helps our clients achieve brilliance through long-lasting partnerships. She finds the best way to develop programmes that drive change in complex global organisations like Diageo and American Express. Before joining the team, Sarah was a Brilliant Noise client leading the global digital content programme for American Express. Prior to that, she worked with us in her role at EDF Energy. With over 10 years combined digital startup and corporate background Sarah has deep experience of the strategic and operational challenges of global brands from the inside.

In her spare time she continually talks about completing a triathlon and searches Etsy for neon coloured jewellery (sometimes simultaneously).

Allison is an experienced digital marketer who ensures that our clients receive nothing less than exceptional service. She works with brands including adidas and Universal Pictures to transform marketing and communications. Allison has held senior roles with some of the UK’s top brands, including M&S, Post Office Ltd and Virgin Atlantic where she drove change and delivered award winning digital customer experiences.

In her spare time she runs Child Friendly Brighton – a listings website for kid and parent friendly activities, classes and events. She enjoys family camping, festivals and Bikram yoga.

Will is an experienced retail, ecommerce and marketing leader, specialising in business change and digital transformation. He works with clients including Jaguar Land Rover and Tetra Pak to deliver transformative digital programmes. Will regularly speaks at industry events, is a certified Agile practitioner, and sits on the editorial board of the Journal of Digital & Social Media Marketing. He previously led the multichannel team at Evans Cycles, and has worked with a broad range of clients including Porsche, Halifax and Toyota.

In his spare time, he likes to spend time outdoors with his family, riding his bikes and hunting out good coffee.

David leads the strategy team and specialises in planning transformative digital programmes. He develops and executes strategies that help brands increase sales, loyalty and advocacy. He has experience in content, social media and search, and was previously the head of content at digital agencies Content and Motion, and Beyond.

Outside of work, Dave is an amateur meteorologist and pizza enthusiast.

Lindsay joins the dots between creative campaigns, branding and effective content to improve business performance. She creates strategies that enable brands to evolve their content and earn advocacy from their audiences. Before joining us, Lindsay spent ten years in marketing and digital at EE, where she was senior digital manager.

In her spare time, Lindsay loves the great outdoors, especially walking, cycling, and skiing.

Mike designs content that engages audiences. He makes visual content and creative assets that connects the brand, their message and the audience, helping our clients to tell their story across all channels. Mike was one of the team at Endless Studios, the agency Brilliant Noise acquired in 2014.

In his spare time, Mike finds doppelgängers on Instagram and designs tupperware for fruit.

As part of the creative team Javier helps brands connect with their customers using beautiful design. Originally from Spain, he studied Graphic Design in Madrid before moving to Brighton. He has worked freelance for companies including the Culture Ministry of Spain where he worked on projects in branding, editorial and identity design.

Javier is an antiques enthusiast, and a Pinterest whizz.

Lauren designs and executes content strategies. She helps brands understand how to make their content more efficient, more effective and more relevant to their audience. Lauren has worked in content for many years and is a regular speaker at industry events. Before joining us she was content editor at uSwitch, managing digital marketing for its B2B arm.

When not at work, Lauren likes taking photos, going kayaking and walking on the Downs.

David creates engaging, customer-first strategies for our clients. He helps global brands improve their content and get it in front of the right audience. Before joining us, David was a senior content strategist at Beyond. He has also worked as a journalist, for publications like Stuff, What Hi-Fi?, Men’s Running and Time Out.

Away from Brilliant Noise, David makes his own condiments, is an amateur knife thrower and writes a monthly fitness technology column for a running magazine.

Todd delivers editorial programmes and develops content operations for global brands. He works across multiple content formats, specialising in audio. Before joining us, Todd led marketing at One Inch Badge, where he was part of a senior team that grew the company to be one of the UK’s biggest independent promotion firms.

On weekends, Todd writes music and studies Italian.

Natalie creates compelling digital content with creativity and precision for clients such as Heathrow Airport, Tetra Pak and adidas. She helps clients tell stories that resonate with, and engage their audience across a range of formats and channels. Natalie Before joining Brilliant Noise, Natalie completed an MA at the University of Sussex in Critical Writing.

Natalie loves walking with her dogs, hiking and reading.

Stephanie creates high-quality, original content that delivers long-term value for our clients. She brings expertise in marketing and communications to the content and creative team. Stephanie previously worked as an influencer outreach manager, and was EU head of communications and marketing for American Apparel.

She has a degree in english literature, and when she’s not at work enjoys yoga, live music and record collecting.

Nick helps brands make sense of their data to improve their performance. He specialises in applying robust research techniques, behavioural science and advanced data analytics to inform our strategies for clients. He started his career as an insight consultant at consumer trends company, The Future Foundation, and holds an MSc in Behavioural Economics. Prior to joining Brilliant Noise he worked in strategy roles for Isobar and SapientNitro.

When not at work, Nick enjoys multitasking, and plays football, guitar and backgammon (not all at the same time).

David is our data and analytics specialist. He uses data and analytics to ensure our clients understand their customers. David works with web analytics as well as helping to uncover areas of opportunity for new keywords and mapping user journeys. Working within our data team David delivers valuable business and customer insights for our clients including Tata Communications and EDF Energy.

In his spare time, David is a passionate supporter of Watford FC, has a penchant for Reggae and Roots music and is an avid eater of cheese.

Beth delivers client programmes that focus on customer data and insights. Her background in research and analysis ensures that all of our projects are built on solid customer understanding. Prior to joining Brilliant Noise, Beth worked in a quantitative and qualitative research role for the Institute for Employment Studies. She holds an MSc in Experimental Psychology.

Away from the office, Beth enjoys camping trips which involve lots of walking, and she also dabbles in mixed media painting.

Sam has a passion for programming. He builds the assets brands need to connect with their audiences and develops creative technical solutions for global organisations. Sam didn’t start out as a developer, before he joined us he trained to be a journalist and a digital marketer.

When not writing code, Sam aspires to be Ron Swanson whilst writing excellent puns.

Chris keeps our projects moving on time and on budget. He is an expert at simultaneously running large scale digital projects and making sure all our clients get the best possible service. Chris has many years experience in production in a digital marketing environment. Before joining Brilliant Noise he was a content and project manager for Hays.

In his spare time, Chris is an cyclist (he’s cycled coast to coast across the country) and plays in a band that are huge in Brazil.

Becky works on project management and production for global brands including Tata Communications and Tetra Pak. She ensures that the team get the support they need to communicate, collaborate, and innovate on complex projects. Becky has many years experience as a project manager, gained working in publishing and account management.

Outside of the office, Becky sings in a jazz band and knits zoo animals of all shapes and sizes.

Lyndsay makes our client projects run like clockwork. She works with the client teams to deliver complex projects for global brands including Diageo and Jaguar Land Rover. She has over 10 years production and project management experience across all aspects of marketing, internal communications and e-learning.

Outside of work she’s a keen seamstress, loves to travel and once made a cameo in a Bollywood movie.

Rachel supports the whole team across a variety of internal and client projects. She holds a degree in Media and Communications and has previously interned as a marketing & production assistant at a music management company and digital agency.

In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new cities and binging on real crime documentaries.

Ruth makes sure our brilliant work and people get the attention they deserve. She leads our marketing strategy and output, and works with the team to produce useful content and inspiring events, including our annual conference Dots. She is also on the board for Brighton Digital Festival. Before joining us she worked for an independent wine merchant and a Michelin star restaurant.

At weekends Ruth can be found walking in the Sussex Downs, seeking out unusual ales and reading books about the Internet.

Darren produces the agency’s content and events. He also stays up-to-date with the latest research and case studies from inside and outside Brilliant Noise to keep our team informed. Darren has a background in research, and is currently finishing his PhD in visual neuroscience as well as completing python and data science courses.

He enjoys getting outdoors, 70s disco and perfecting his pizza recipe.

Alice is committed to making Brilliant Noise a great place to work. She oversees our recruitment, training, people development, employee engagement and staff culture, ensuring that Brilliant Noise is a great place to work and that people are enabled to do their best. Previously our office manager, Alice has also worked for Hel’s Angels, a brand engagement company, and managed an American Apparel store.

Alice is CIPD qualified, near-fluent in Spanish and can teach you a lot about K-Pop, the early films of Jeff Goldblum, British birds and bitter Italian cocktails.

Laura takes care of our finances and our revenue forecasting, reporting to our board on a monthly basis. She has a Bsc Hon degree from Oxford Brookes University and has been a qualified accountant for a number of years; she also teaches AAT at a local accountancy firm.

Outside of work, Laura reads piles of trashy romance novels, spends time with her husband and two lovely kids and is currently challenging herself by participating in a number of triathalons.

Holly keeps track of our finances. She’s a part qualified accountant who works with our head of finance to make sure everyone gets paid. Before joining Brilliant Noise she looked after the finances of a range of arts organisations.

Outside of work she enjoys country walks, crafting and being near the beach (all whilst running around after her children).

Zara looks after the office as well as assisting our executive team. She works with the people and culture team to ensure the office is well stocked and all our people are happy as well as being the first point of contact for visitors. With a background in office administration and childcare, Zara is adept at anticipating people’s needs.

Out of work Zara attends vintage and craft fairs, binges on Netflix and explores all that Brighton has to offer.
