What you’ll do

As a strategist at Brilliant Noise, your mission is to develop compelling strategic narratives and campaign plans, build strong client relationships, deliver tangible value for clients and contribute to client delivery and long-term growth.

Who you are

A creative thinker and a brilliant collaborator, you love working with multiple teams as well as clients. You’re enthusiastic, confident in your craft and happy to lead with both clients and internal teams. You’re also keen to support the development of fellow team members.

Your experience

  • An experienced brand/marketing strategist, you’re already in a strategic role either client or agency side.
  • You’ve worked across multiple media touchpoint and have experience in content planning.
  • Although not essential, we’d love it if you have strategic experience in the automotive or FMCG industries

You can

  • Identify business and audience needs, turning these into actionable digital strategies that clients understand and buy into.
  • A digital native, with extensive digital expertise and knowledge of data tools and platforms. You know how to generate impactful insights from data.
  • Use those insights, client ambition and brand strategies to develop brilliant marketing/campaign plans
  • Identify new business opportunities, and are keen to develop these in the sales pipelines to collaboratively grow the agency.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs, and effectively evaluate the performance across each.
