As a Client Partner, you are a trusted business advisor and firm friend to our brilliant clients, including adidas, Nestle, Asahi, Universal Pictures, Barilla and Visa.

You have a deep organisational and commercial grasp of a client’s business, and demonstrate how our work directly supports their strategic direction and commercial objectives. 

You ensure the quality and value of our work and continually seek out new opportunities to create commercial growth for our clients. In doing so, you smash your own growth targets.

You adapt to change and create the right conditions to achieve client success. You get the best out of the Brilliant Noise team and have an active role in the delivery of our work.

Role responsibilities


You are a positive and proactive leader, who is cool and confident under pressure. You lead the relationship and are responsible for all client outcomes so you have an active role in all of our work. You can spot gaps in an organisation’s marketing capability, helping the client recognise and realise the full extent of their digital opportunity. You will positively and tenaciously challenge both the client and Brilliant Noise to deliver success and get the best out of every opportunity. You are an adaptable, hands on leader, personally delivering on the front line as needed for the best client experience.


You have a structured and creative planning approach, with the ability to articulate the challenge and work with our strategists to define the programme which will deliver success. You know your client – their business model, operations, performance, and place in the market. You capture insight and are entrepreneurial in identifying opportunities to develop the Brilliant Noise offering.


You can align our commercial interests with those of our clients: achieving your targets by creating growth for their businesses. You reinforce the value we deliver and relentlessly develop long-term client success. You manage a pipeline and plan a now, near, and far commercial strategy for your portfolio of clients.


You create client advocates (champions) of Brilliant Noise, establishing long-term partnerships, at a senior level and throughout the client’s organisation. You nurture rewarding professional relationships to retain clients long-term. You nurture relationships with internal teams and your professional network. You recognise blockers, move fast and make it easy, memorable and amazing for clients to work with us.

Who you are

You’re a senior client leadership professional with extensive experience of working with big brands and global marketing teams and have a passion for getting under the skin of current and emerging business challenges.

You have experience of digital/marketing transformation, capability programmes and or brand strategy and can demonstrate your role in creating success.

You’ve collaborated closely with senior clients and have experience of consulting / solving business challenges for global organisations.

You can demonstrate an adaptable approach – able to lead but also deliver value personally on the front line. You are not a traditional account person: clients recognise the value that you personally deliver for them. You’re comfortable with conducting stakeholder interviews, defining strategy, facilitating workshops, etc.

You have a proven record of growing a client portfolio and exceeding sales targets.

You have extensive financial and commercial experience, are adept with contracts, managing a pipeline and able to manage cost-based pricing and complex negotiations.

You have led and developed successful teams: establishing the talent and resources you need and nurturing a high-performance, happy team dynamic.

You have a strong network and great stakeholder skills. 

You are comfortable with regular international travel (once we’re allowed back into the world!).
