What we do

Brilliant Noise is a digital strategy firm. We work with major brands to help them succeed online.

We were founded in 2010 and are based in Brighton.

Our team has developed digital strategy and content programmes for major brands including Coca-Cola, Bank of America, Channel 4, Nokia and Marks & Spencer.

Context

Context work is about establishing a clear understanding of the brand’s world in relation to digital. This often means research, or collating existing data and insights to form a clear picture of the brand, its competitors and most importantly its customers. Very often, it is about establishing a clear business case for investment in digital or social media in order to gain support from senior management and the wider organisation.

Vision

Working on a brand’s digital vision means helping explain clearly where it is going, why and what the future will look like. This is all about setting a clear, logical trajectory that the brand and its partner agencies can rally around, organise for and follow.

Programmes

We provide a complete set of services for running digital brand marketing programmes. Our approach includes Discovery, Planning, Programmes and Evaluation phases. Our team’s experience is in digital planning, and we work with a close network of trusted partners to deliver creative development, branding, data and technical services.

Systems

Lastly, we work on developing systems that will help the brand succeed online in the long term. Where most of our services are about doing things, our systems work is about changing the way things are done, from choosing and implementing the right technologies to developing effective ways of working and processes for teams.
